Division Street Remodel

This was a 2 part project which required a number of renderings showing additions to both the front and rear of the residence, how those additions interact with the Skyplane, and generally what the new color scheme will look like. This was required for ARB and Zoning board approvals. The first set of images display renders showing the front and rear additions highlighted in red. The second set are orthographic views indictaing how these new features interact with the skyplane. The third set of renders depict how the fianl structure will generally look. Rather than surround the structure with a significant amount of trees and bushes, I decided to recreate the existing houses to the right and left of the space to give a more realistic feel to the ARB. I used google maps to get and idea of dimensions and just re-used the main model, tweaking it’s goemetries to match what I saw online.

This first image shows the existing structure with the proposed front addition, in this case a porch, highlighted in red.

This is a render of the rear addition, which amounts to an additional room on the second floor, highlighted in red.
