Owner of existing building was interested in updated the exterior. The idea was to add a black glazed brick veneer, paint the existing windows black, replace the exterior doors with black ones, and add black aluminum ribs to the front. The east side of the building would havee 2 modern black metal fences covering the transformer and mass of gas meters. The west side would have new signage with some greenery at its base. The first set of images show what the existing site looks like. The subsequent renders show what the architect had imagined.
