Dune Road Upgrade

This project was for a homeowner who wished to update his very 1980s styled Westhampton Beach house. All that was required was to provide a few views of the front entrance area to get an idea of what the new siding, stairs and various window changes would look like. The first set of renders were to convey what the geometric changes would look like once completed. The second set of renders were to show various color schemes and 2 alternate garage doors. The final set of renders are what was decided was to be the final configuration.

Existing structure. Most of the walls are to be straightened and squared up. Windows have been removed an added in some places. Front stairs and entrance way are modified and railing added. Garage door is updated and stairs added to rear rear eastern side of the home. Vertical siding is replaced with Horizontal type.

Final material and color configuration, southeast view. The client decided on a horizontal Cedar shiplap siding with Cedar shingles accenting certain upper parts of the residence.
