Oak Place
Existing two story ranch was to be demolished and this modern home constructed in it’s place keeping the existing pool. It’s a very nice design and I wish more inner NYC borough architects would consider similar design aspects in their constructs.

The local zoning board required a solar panel installation if the home’s footprint exceeded a certain square footage. Here is the render of what I felt could have been a viable installation of the mandated technology.
